Where does the idea of creating a business like this start? Well, our owner, Steph, was married in 2020. When it came to planning, everything was running smoothly…except for the fact that she wanted to serve tasty frozen drinks to her guests. She simply could not find any suppliers that weren’t just offering the typical bright blue, green and red, super sugary options in tacky-looking wedding cocktail cart hire and dispensers. That just wasn’t the vibe she envisioned.

Where does the idea of creating a business like this start? Well, our owner, Steph, was married in 2020. When it came to planning, everything was running smoothly…except for the fact that she wanted to serve tasty frozen drinks to her guests. She simply could not find any suppliers that weren’t just offering the typical bright blue, green and red, super sugary options in tacky-looking wedding cocktail cart hire and dispensers. That just wasn’t the vibe she envisioned.
So, post-wedding, she decided to fill the gap in the market with an upscale portable beverage cart, offering delicious slushy drinks with much nicer ingredients that would suit any occasion.
She then went on to develop a slush machine and custom cart set-up that would be aesthetically pleasing for weddings, bachelorette parties, corporate functions…you name it!
And here we are today…Sydney’s first mobile frosé and cocktail cart! Travelling around Sydney, the Southern Highlands and South Coast with our custom-made bar cart and slush machine, we love nothing more than to make and serve the most delicious drinks for our awesome customers’ events.
Our Secret Ingredient
Though our drinks are filled with plenty of fancy flavours and icy goodness (using real ingredients curated by our Nutritionist owner, Steph), our major secret ingredient is our knack for keeping our customers cool, calm and collected…always with a drink in hand. We want to make sure all our customers and their guests leave their events with amazing memories and unique experiences, so we are always happy to help with any request.

Their goal is to ensure every event goes off without a hitch while providing a warm, sunny and bright service. We have to counteract the icy coldness of the drinks with something, right?
Our people are our ‘A-team’. We would be nothing without them and we really cannot fault just how skilled they are at the art of customer service and bartending.
